An incredible moment for Forest Group at The BIBAs 2025 as we were named Service Business of the Year for the second year running!

Winning in 2024 was already a huge milestone, but to retain this award in 2025, with a completely new panel of judges, makes it even more special. It’s a reminder that customer service isn’t a one-off, it’s culture. A way of working that means delivering the very best for our customers every single day.

Tonight’s the night, the The BIBAs 2025 Finals!

We’re proud to be finalists in not one, but three categories:

Family Business of the Year

Leadership Team of the Year

As previous finalists, and winners last year, we know just how special it is to reach this stage. It takes hard work, dedication, and a team that never stops pushing forward.

One of our Engineers wished us good luck earlier, and it really struck a chord. Those messages remind us why we enter, because while we know we’re amazing, having our efforts recognised with prestigious awards shows that our message is being seen and heard by people everywhere.

We’re attending tonight with some of our brilliant team, ready to celebrate the journey, the recognition, and, fingers crossed, another win. Whatever the outcome, being alongside so many inspiring businesses is something to be extremely proud of.

This year, the team at Fresh Perspective Resourcing Ltd set their biggest and most ambitious target of £25,000 to support five brilliant charities…

That is an incredible achievement, and one that deserves celebrating. It’s World Refrigeration Day 2025! 🌍❄️

Today we celebrate the people and systems that keep you comfortable, food safe and businesses running smoothly. Whether it’s heating and cooling indoor spaces, heating water or maintaining food and drinks at the correct temperature, these technologies are a critical part of everyday life.

Behind the scenes, our team of awesome Refrigeration engineers put their to work every day to keep these systems running.

Refrigeration is essential and often taken for granted until it stops working. When people hear the word “refrigerant”, they usually think about keeping things cool. It's so much more than that! We use refrigerants to control temperature, be it food in a freezer at -18°C, drinks in a fridge at 3°C, a people in an office at 21°C, or water for your central heating at 45°C.

We’re excited for The Freshies 2025 Awards tonight and very proud to be Headline Sponsor amongst so many other local businesses sponsoring and supporting the event!

With over 350 people coming together and over £25,000 being raised for five amazing charities, this evening is set to be another really special event.

A huge congratulations to the team at Fresh Perspective Resourcing Ltd for organising yet another incredible charity event, their 5th Freshies, having raised over £70,000 so far! 👏❤️
