A big thank you to the whole team, including the vibrant and cheerful delivery driver Max for assisting in getting heating oil to Icconhurst today.
Both the gent on the phone and Max were very efficient, hugely helpful and put my mind at ease that you knew what you were doing.
My neighbour now has her full tank of heating oil and this has helped lift her spirits compared to yesterday when everything was piling in on her (boilerjuice having proved less helpful!)
