Great day visiting .srl in Italy on Tuesday! 🇮🇹

The purpose of the visit was to inspect a number of CNC Pipe Butt Fusion Welding Machines currently being prepared for our customers, including both a 160mm and a 500mm machine.

Fantastic to spend a beautiful day at the Crick Boat Show in Northampton, where the innovative HDPE narrow boats manufactured from Röchling Industrial Polystone G by .technologies were attracting plenty of attention. ☀️🚤

There were lots of questions from boating enthusiasts and potential future owners wanting to learn more about how these boats are fabricated, and we had the MUNSCH MAX-18 extrusion welder on hand to help demonstrate and explain the plastic welding process behind these impressive builds.

It was also great to see Shaun Moir and the skilled fabricators from FORMATION PLASTICS. there throughout the show, answering the more in-depth technical questions and sharing their expertise on this exciting and innovative manufacturing process.

Seeing the fully finished boat out on the water and shining in the sunshine really showed the quality and potential of HDPE boat fabrication. A huge well done to everyone involved in bringing this project together.

Despite an unexpected hour-long power cut, it was still a fantastic visit to Tek-Tanks Ltd made even better by the Hampshire sunshine ☀️
