⛪ St. John's Church.
Work starts at St. John's Church as we tackle another important stage of the roofing works.
This section of the roof is being carefully stripped back to the parapet wall, allowing us to install new lead soakers and ensure the flashing is correctly integrated into the coping stone.
This is a critical detail in achieving a long-lasting, watertight finish while respecting the historic fabric of the building.
We have four of these parapet details to complete across the church. Once finished, these works will play a major role in making the building fully watertight and protecting it for many years to come.
It's always rewarding to see traditional roofing techniques and heritage craftsmanship coming together to safeguard such an important local landmark.
