New underside finished on the Incident. I forgot to take photos of inside the radio tray last time - it now has a servo mount instead of cable ties, and I've cleaned up the speedo side to make it easier to fit the esc and Rx.
The battery tray now takes a shorty, although I have to mod it slightly as I forgot about the centre gearbox nuts protruding into the cell space.
I've also added 1mm of material to the underside to stiffen the parts, which doesn't compromise the ride height as I've been able to switch to countersunk screws. Where the front skid plate meets the radio tray, it sits in a 1mm recess and interlocks for a more secure fit than before - I used to have issues with the front end moving back when knocked, which then locked the steering rack.
