The property was originally intended as a long-term rental, however due to recent changes in renters’ rights legislation, the client decided to reposition the property as a high-end Airbnb investment.

Our team managed the entire renovation process, including the full rip-out, structural and refurbishment works, decorating, flooring, and final finishing touches before handing the keys back to a very happy client.

A quick turnaround project completed for a client, where we supplied and installed a new kitchen with full plumbing works, fitted a new bathroom with UPVC wall panels, and converted a 2-bed property into a 3-bed layout. The refurbishment also included new radiators throughout, fresh paintwork, and brand-new flooring. The entire project was delivered within two weeks, and the keys were handed back on schedule.
