Comfort from the ground up! 🔥🏡

For this kitchen extension in Hale, Altrincham, we installed a Tackernail underfloor heating system directly onto the insulation before applying Cemfloor C30 liquid screed.

The result is a strong, smooth and completely level floor with excellent thermal performance—creating the perfect foundation for the client’s chosen floor finish and a warm, comfortable kitchen for years to come.

A tailored underfloor heating and liquid screed solution, designed around the property 🏡🔥

For this project in Middleton, Rochdale, we used two installation methods to suit the different floor constructions:

🔥 A Low Profile ProFix+ UFH system was fitted over the existing floor, keeping the overall floor build-up to a minimum.

🔥 A Tackernail UFH system was installed throughout the wrap-around extension, securely clipped to the PIR insulation.

To complete the installation, we applied 30mm of Cemfloor Level Plus over the low-profile system and 50mm over the Tackernail system.

The result? A seamless, completely level and high-quality finish throughout—ready for the final floor coverings.
