After 4 months and an enormous effort we are delighted to report we have completed the successful handover of this Cat B fit out in Birmingham, it certainly had its unique challenges including a global pandemic and a whole new way of working through it.
From commencement this was always a fast-paced project that included the fit out of two large mezzanines as a result creating remarkable workable office spaces for the incoming tenant.
From the raised access floors, the blockwork, the partitions, the ceilings, the tape & jointing, the internal fire doors, the glazed screens, the toilet cubicles, the vanity units, the bespoke joinery, the movable walls, the acoustic rafts, the roller blinds, the kitchens and finally the branding. Itโs been one hell of a journey thats for sure !!!!
But we havenโt done this single handed, well deserved and massive thanks to our lads on site not forgetting our in-house joinery team and our wider supply chain partners and subcontractors.
As a company CPA are delighted and proud to have been involved in delivering this new state of the art headquarters.
