PPSL District Heating Ltd has over 30 years of experience in designing, repairing and installing pre-insulated pipe systems to the highest standards. Our pipe systems are manufactured by the world leading manufacturer Logstor. They are used as part of District Heating & Cooling networks feed from energy centers such as Biomass and CHP which are in turn connected to pre-insulated pipe networks. We

offer a total design and installation service from proposal, design, project management, installation and maintenance. Our team has extensive experience in delivering systems which have been in operation for decades and provide industry leading customer service.

Loading out pipes in our contract as well as undertaking the design, supply and installation.

Safety is always our top priority with a lifting plan in place and competent operatives to ensure lifting these 12m , 600kg pipes is handled safely.

All our site managers hold SMSTS, NVQ’s in construction management as well as an IOSH managing safety certification to equip them with the safety knowledge required to supervise our projects.

Thanks you to Britney microphone wearing Ellie Rose Grimes 😊, Matthew from Gateshead Energy Company Gateshead Council and Net Zero North East England for inviting us to attend today’s outstanding event.

The plans for the region presented by the local authorities are really exciting for the industry and more importantly they will create a wide range of opportunities for local people in the North East by providing low carbon reliable heat from a wide range of sources.

Pleasure to have the opportunity to showcase the work CPC Civils and PPSL District Heating Ltd are doing in the North East and through the UK and promote the future opportunities we can help to create in the region by sharing our knowledge, with training and development to see these schemes delivered by local people.

Advanced construction have created a perfect hard standing and haul road to assist us moving these large pipes to the work areas.

We have worked closely with the client to develop the route designs to ensure a smooth and efficient installation which is now underway.
