Covid-19 is affecting us all and we would like our customers to know that we are doing our very best to ensure you still have heating and hot water during this difficult time.

In line with the current government guidelines we have introduced steps to reduce non-essential contact as much as possible.

Because of this we will not be carrying out any non-essential work such as servicing and minor repairs. Please don’t worry if you miss your annual service as this won’t affect your cover. We will be in touch to carry out your service once the threat has passed.

We will of course continue to deal with emergencies (no heating or hot water) as quickly and efficiently as possible. As always we will prioritise our most vulnerable customers.

How are Heat secured keeping you and our engineers safe during a visit?

We will ask you the following:

Have you or anyone at your home been diagnosed with Covid-19?
Have you or anyone at your home been self isolating.

If your answer is 'yes' to any of these questions, we will discuss the situation with you to determine your need for an engineer’s visit before deciding the appropriate action to take next.

Procedure for home visits:

Our engineers have all been supplied with protective equipment including, hand sanitizer, gloves and face masks. Our engineer will sanitize their hands before, during and after entering your home.

On arrival at your home our engineer will call you to ensure nothing has changed with your situation before entering your home.

To protect you, your family members, our engineers, their family members and other customers our engineer will maintain a safe distance while at your home. Can we please kindly ask that you and your family practice safe social distancing by staying at least 2m away from our engineer.

Can we politely ask that you clean the area our engineer will be working prior to our visit.

We are unable to accept cash payments at this time. If you have a payment to make please call our office on 01324 619500 and we will take your payment over the telephone. We are also able to take payment by bank transfer, please contact us for details.

How much will a full new Central Heating system cost?

The answer will be determined by the size, complexity and type of central heating installation you require. Variables like the size of your home, the flue type required, the number, style and size of radiators you choose will mainly determine the cost.
