Hi all, I know I’ve been a bit MIA on here, I keep forgetting to post! But here’s a quick one about my latest challenge.
On October 26th 2025, Me and another leader from Boston Explorer Scouts will be running the Brigg 10K — not just for the challenge, but for a cause close to our hearts (Yes we’re also slightly crazy!). We’ve set an ambitious target of £1500, but we want to raise as much as we possibly can for this.
We’re raising funds to support sending our Explorer Scouts to Poacher 2026, an incredible international jamboree that brings together young people from around the world for a week of adventure, friendship, and personal growth.
Whether you can donate a little or a lot, or even just share this so more people can see it, every pound brings us one step closer to making this opportunity possible for all our Explorers. It will help ensure every young person in our unit has the chance to attend, regardless of their financial situation. Experiences like Poacher can be life-changing, and we want to make sure that no one is left behind due to cost.
