😁 Fortunately for this customer, our resident diagnostic wiz, Gavin was on the case (aided by Carl's incredible camera skills 😂).
🧠 As you can see, Gavin really went in depth on this, but his hard work was rewarded as he determined the issue was with the vehicle's torque converter.
