One fitting, various pipe materials

🔩 Make transitions easier and more flexible

With the SANHA® universal transition fitting, thick-walled steel pipes can be connected to various other pipe materials.

The fittings are compatible with copper pipes per EN 1057, stainless steel pipes per EN 10312, and carbon steel pipes per EN 10305-3. On the other side, thick-walled steel pipes per EN 10220 and EN 10255 can be connected.

The press side also offers the well-known combipress® advantages:

✅ Pressable with original SA, V, and M profiles
✅ Push & Stay for easy handling
✅ Leak before press
✅ Made of lead-free silicon bronze

This allows a single fitting to meet various requirements on the job site.

🔧 A press fitting designed for HVACR applications

When working on refrigeration and air conditioning systems, installation contractors face unique challenges: high operating pressures, different refrigerants, and demanding job site conditions.

ACR Copper Press was developed specifically to meet these requirements. The system is compatible with numerous refrigerants, including R410A and R32, and is available in sizes ranging from ¼″ to 1⅜″.

Installation is performed using matching press jaws and press sleeves. Press machines from Novopress, for example, can be used for this purpose.

🆕 New Adapter Fittings for SANHA® Heavyw Steel Press

The product line is expanding: The new adapter fittings made of lead-free silicon bronze connect SANHA® Heavy Steel Press directly to fittings with male or female threads.

This allows ball valves or shut-off valves, for example, to be connected directly without the need for additional adapters. This enables a more compact connection and can be particularly advantageous in renovation projects or when replacing existing valves.

The threaded connection also ensures that a connected valve can be disconnected again if necessary.

A practical addition for anyone working with Heavy Steel Press.

Chillventa 2026: ACR Copper Press

With ACR Copper Press, SANHA® offers a press solution for applications in refrigeration and air conditioning technology with operating pressures up to 48 bar.

The system is suitable for, among other things, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, VRF and VRV systems, and heat pumps. Thanks to the press technology, an open flame is not required when making the connection.

A key feature is DualSeal™ technology: The connection features a primary and a secondary sealing ring. In addition, there are three press points that contribute to the structural strength of the connection.
