🔨 Project Update: Week 1 at the Broadstone Bungalow 🔨

It’s been a busy and productive start to our latest project – a stunning single-story extension on a bungalow in Broadstone! Here's what we've accomplished in just one week:

✅ Footings Dug and Poured
✅ Substructure Complete
✅ Block and Beam Floor Installed

With a solid foundation in place, we’re all set for the next phase – bricklayers will be on-site soon to bring the design to life.

We’re excited to see this transformation take shape, and we’ll be sharing every step of the journey with you. Stay tuned for more updates as this project progresses!

Another nice extension completed locally, this time timber framed. We ripped down the old structure and rebuilt from scratch. Over to the client for second fix, kitchen and landscaping. A nice little project recently completed.

Small knock through, old kitchen and floors removed, new insulation and a liquid screed for the floor, and finally a lovely new solid wood floor and bespoke kitchen fitted. Nice transformation for some lovely clients.

Another extension and full property re-model almost complete in Lilliput! This property was fully stripped back, a rear extension added for open plan living, new roof coverings, fascia and soffits, new windows and doors throughout, new kitchen and bathroom, and will be finished off with quality floors and decoration to make her feel brand new.
Still some finishing off inside, but so far very pleased.

Here’s a brief story of some of the work we carried out recently at a property in Lilliput.
We built 2 new dormers to create an extra room upstairs, a front dining room extension, and a canopy wrap around roof to the front and down both sides.
A huge amount of work went in to this property overall and everyone was very pleased with how it all turned out.
