The Property Maintenance Administrator will play a vital role in the smooth running of the business, helping with estimates, project managing, bookings, customer service, and administration duties

We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated and confident individual to become a key member of our growing team. we have reached the exciting stage where we are ready to grow and expand. It’s a fun, fast-paced and hard-working environment where possibilities for growth and development are plenty.

Salary: Competitive DOA

Hours: 7.30am-4.30pm Mon-Fri

The Role

Updating Clients on progress of works undertaken
Keeping up to date with job status and updating senior staff
Making sure engineers job sheets are completed correctly
Gather information from engineer to be able to produces estimates
Helping engineers locate parts and wholesalers
Aiding engineers and clients with building related queries
General office administration, appearance and adhoc tasks
Support the Office Team with their workload, answering the phones, lending a helping hand where possible
Skills

Motivated and eager to learn
A strong eye for detail and passion for organisation
Flexible and able to multi-task
Friendly and charismatic, confident on the phone and in person
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of all trades within the building industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
