The polish of the bright work was an extra item that was requested by the customer.
We arrived on site at 16:00 and completed the job into the night, making sure the aircraft was ready to depart first thing in the morning.

We were called out to carry out the following on a clients aircraft, with a short timeframe inbetween charter flights :

- Remove the engine soot and dirt from the fuselage, the inboards and the wings.

This was completed by our team and we were gone before the clients arrived.

This was a full exterior clean followed by a full polish and wax application. This took a team of 3 detailers 6 hours to complete.
The team also carried out the following jobs.
- Removed discolouration from the inboards and engine cowlings.
- Brightwork on the spinners
- A seep clean to the De-ice boots followed by a sealant application. As we carry our own scissor lift we were able to carry out a thorough clean on the top surfaces of the tail and clean and treat the boots.

The email came in this morning, passed from our office to the allocated team and one of our vans are on site to meet the aircraft.
Our team are ready to attend 24 hrs - 7 days aweek. Catering for any occasion, planned or unplanned.

We were able to carry out the following in 1 day at multiple locations whilst maintaining the level of service we strive to provide:
3 interior cleans,
2 disinfections
3 exterior cleans with a wax application

The below photos are of a job carried out recently, where we were requested to remove some markings from a underside of the leading edge. (shown in the photo with the blue surround)

Our team carried out a multiple stage polish removing the scratches and restoring the surface. (Completed job in the green surround)

We carried out an exterior clean and polish to the complete exterior of this DA40.
The photographs show a build up of engine soot, dirt and oil from under the aircraft and the change of apperance from start to finish.

The finish result will be very satisfying.

After a whole day for one of our teams carrying out full exterior clean, followed by a machine polish on this kingair. It is very satisfying for reflection finish to be like a mirror.
