Before and after of a recently completed plant room for a local medical centre.
The work’s included the decommissioning of the old split heating system 2/1 for 2 dr’s surgery’s, asbestos removal and strip out.
With a cascade vaillant system installed complete with weather compensation and smart controls. New gas detection system and upgraded gas pipework, solenoid valves, boilermag heating filters, mikrofils and grundfos pumps.
Full chemical clean and power flush.

Nearing completion on this project. A bungalow extension adding an additional floor and full renovation through out.
We had the pleasure of installing - a new glow-worm heat only boiler along with an unvented hot water system, time controls and zoned downstairs and upstairs heating🔥.
New incoming water main and gas supply.
3 new modern bathrooms with black fixtures 💧. Designer radiators through the lobby, kitchen / diner and living space along with standard radiators in the bedrooms and office spaces.
A quooker instant boiling water tap and outside tap.
As a specialist plumbing and heating contractor it’s always nice to see the finished product, and we are looking forward to a busy period with many boilers and boiler rooms, bathrooms and disabled access bathrooms coming up.
