Here’s a little catch up of what we’ve been up to lately. We are building a new kitchen showroom with one of our favourite local companies, J C Plumbing & Heating Supplies. We’ve pretty much started with a blank canvas, 2 block walls and a previously installed mdf one. As you can see we’ve been a tad busy not to mention some more custom shelving and industrial racking in other parts of their units. We will keep you updated with more if we get up here to or give us a follow on Instagram.

We all know how the devil makes work for idle hands well during lock down the devil came a calling. Voodoo lou approached us to give her studio a little make over and I will say the devil and I really listened. There is not many jobs we’ve done that include chickens feet, graveyard dirt, coffin nails and double sided sticky pads but hopefully if you you’ve made it this far you might go a little further and take a look at the pictures provided.
After the initial consultation we went away and came up with some plans, sketches and sold an image that only someone like Voodoo Lou would appreciate for all its idiosyncratic artistry.
Using a mixture of recycled timber, new timber made to look recycled and weathered we set about turning the old studio into something that we, the devil and I, could not be more stoked on and proud of. If ever an image has ever surpassed its conception then this is indeed that project. We of course will let you be the judge of this from the images provided. It wouldn’t be us if there wasn’t a few special messages of thanks for the ultra talented people that have helped us achieve what could possibly be our opus. Firstly Voodoo Lou's Tattoo Emporium for the trust and faith in us and for just letting us run with our ideas and not stifling our creativity. The awesome Atomic Welding for the sign that takes centre place, these people are top of their game! Mr Dan O’Gara for your photo skills. You always get exactly where we are coming from, always a pleasure to have you on board.

To all customers past, present and future, something to reflect on........

When you call out a self employed tradesman for a free quotation, please remember that.......
They have just given up a couple of hours of their own free time and their fuel, to get to your house just to take a look at your proposed project......
During their work life they’ve had to train, starting on minimal wage, spent years perfecting and honing their skill set so that when they look at what you need they can pass on the benefits of all that skill and experience to you, still for free.....
They’ve spent thousands of pounds of their own money to equip themselves with the right tools for the job. These tools constantly need renewing, replacing, updating or even added to........
They’ve spent money on insurance to safe guard your home or your place of business to make sure that if something untoward happens that you are protected.........
They don’t get sick pay, holiday pay, overtime, pensions or days in lieu for working the weekend.......
They know that if you the customer are smart that they will be quoting against at least two others so they will need to be competitive or there was no point in giving up their free time anyway.......
All jobs in the building industry, as many others are hard, both physically and mentally.......
They will move mountains to make sure your project is the best it can be because it’s their business and there’s no one to hide behind. Remember it’s their reputation that’s on the line and they are only as good as the last job they did, regardless of how many years they’ve been doing it.......
There’s days of early starts that roll into late nights that roll into giving up family time because if your project needs that then that comes first......
They’ve spent more of their own time pricing up your project, researching the best and fairest way to complete it......
Most of all they aren’t trying to rip you off, pay for their next holiday just from of your quote........they are only trying to make a living......
