When complete, this development will bring 17 much-needed new homes to the area, including:

- 10 two-bed houses
- 4 three-bed houses
- 3 one-bed flats

What a way to finish the year with the completion of Echo Beach for Jackson Developments

It’s been a real pleasure to build this one and not exactly a bad spot to be working up on the Southbourne clifftops during the summer we had.

Echo Beach is a luxury development of 12 spacious apartments and 2 penthouses over four floors, with underground parking. Every apartment is set up to make the most of the setting, with stunning sea views.

All of the Lyndhurst Park apartments have underfloor heating throughout, and it's not just about staying warm - it's about having actual wall space to work with when you move into your new home.

No radiators taking up your room layout, lovely even heat throughout, and lower running costs than traditional heating systems. It works particularly well with our open-plan layouts too.

Sometimes the best features are the ones that just quietly work away in the background.
