Found a couple of folders of old photos on the PC, this was the drainage on an extension completed around 10 years ago when i subbed for a local company.

Nice to see i always got the jobs where the drains run inline with footings!

Removal of the existing manhole inside the newly proposed extension , changing the direction the fowl waste stack came out the property and installation of 3 new manhole chambers

A freshen up of the front entrance on one of the new build estates in Brackley.

Removal of the horrible buff paving slabs and digging out of the mud area the local cats used for their toilet and installation of charcoal trio size block paving.

A Recent groundworks job completed for

Spot the difference between pictures 1 and 2? Other than it being cleaner in the first.

Lifting up and keeping of the old patio and installation of a new foul water run, one new manhole, connecting into the existing manhole and relaying of the patio

We also laid a concrete slab to the side of the current building ready for the summer house to be extended.

Two separate jobs completed last week both extending existing openings for wider doorways.

Job one, bungalow, re lay the course above the doorway.

Job two, inside and existing conservatory. Prop the brickwork above and floors inside, relay the blockwork above.

A job we completed end of last year in Winslow

Client had quotes from"tradesman" saying they would overlay this existing patio!! There are very few circumstances when this would be appropriate.

Full dig out, bringing this porcelain patio up to threshold height to make the patio and garden more accessible for the client who has mobility issues.

Nice little flat base conservatory built in Buckingham.

Fun dig with the foul waste running along side the footing. Having to go nearly 800mm deep just for 5 courses of brick!

What a job this was. Helping out on a self build timber frame, doing the ground works and brickwork. First time installing cage reinforcing on a footings due to an old 2.5m deep rainwater well.

6.5m3 of concrete in to fill the well before we could pour the footings. Cage reinforcing with two 1m2 pads to act as a Counter balance footing over the part of the building that's going over the well, tied in to the original 250mm concrete footing.All this for a timber frame building!

Reusing the existing bricks for below dpc with made on site angled bricks.

Installing of new drainage for a new kitchen, soil stack and toilet.

Installing of a new soakaway with crates large enough to take the water from the new extension and part of the existing house.
