Here is the finished product of the kitchen extension we have been working on. Plasterboarding, skimming, painting, designing of the kitchen, installation of the the kitchen also supplied by us (none of this howdens, wren, wickes kitchens here). Finished with 20mm quartz tops supplied and installed by The Granite House Bicester. Featuring breakfast pantry to keep the sides clutter free, 4in1 hot tap, 800mm induction hob with built in extractor fan ducted out the building, integrated dishwasher, and built in combi microwave oven and single oven.

A few weeks ago we stripped back this bathroom and refitted with something a bit more modern, brighter and alot easier for the client to use with getting rid of the bath and replacing with a shower cubical. Update on our new build project, over the last couple of weeks we have been working on getting the second floor in. Craned in the steels and got them into their position and bolted. Posi joists all in position and fixed with ending this week by starting on laying the floor deck. Weather has been challenging for this stage but it's still progressing.

The last couple of weeks we have transformed this customers kitchen. Out with the old original kitchen, freshly skimmed ceiling over the top of the swirly artex, fully rewired.
In with the new modern bright and spaciouskitchen which gives much more storage for a small space and also a new breakfast bar. 40mm laminate tops with matching downstands. 10mm matching full height tekwall splashbacks. Slim profile stainless steel bowl. Integrated microwave at high level. New spot lights and under cabinet lighting to give it that cosy warm feel for these wintery nights.
The customers dream kitchen just in time for the Christmas mayhem.

Here a little update on the current new build project on graven hill. First concrete pour up to first floor was a success. Steel works, Posi joists and floor deck installed to allow us to build up second floor walls and second concrete pour was a success. 1 more floor to go and then the roof. 💪🏽👌

One of our latest jobs has been this kitchen extension. We also graded the garden to start fresh for the new turf to be laid and preparation for paving whilst we had machinery in when digging foundations. Structural works completed and just about got this project in the dry and secure before the weather turned.
