🔧 Toe Tip Bucket Fully Refurbished 🔧

This toe tip bucket came in with significant wear and required a full rebuild to get it back to work.

The work carried out included:
✔️ New cutting edge (rebladed)
✔️ Worn side plates repaired and rebuilt
✔️ Inside of the bucket hardfaced to improve wear resistance and extend service life
✔️ Ram repairs carried out
✔️ Worn bushes replaced/repaired
✔️ All welding repairs completed and checked

A solid repair that will give this bucket many more hours of reliable service before replacement is needed.

Another bespoke project completed.

This custom-built steel frame enclosure was designed and fabricated specifically to house an industrial incinerator. The project included a fully welded steel framework, sheeted roof and walls, custom flue integration, and weather protection while maintaining access for operation and maintenance.

Built to the customer’s requirements and finished in green box profile sheeting to blend into the surrounding environment.

From initial frame fabrication to final installation, all work completed in-house.

A customer needed a secure way of transporting their fishing trolley in the back of their vehicle, so we designed and fabricated a bespoke steel mounting frame to suit their exact requirements.

Built from box section steel and made to fit the vehicle perfectly, the frame provides a strong and reliable fixing point to keep the trolley secure during transport while remaining quick and easy to install and remove when needed.

To increase strength and stability, we reinforced this stable partition with fabricated steel brackets fixed directly to the brick pillar. This helps prevent movement and provides extra resistance against horses pushing or leaning on the wall.
