t production facility is fully equipped for the production, testing and certification which is paramount in this specialised field. All aspects of both Convoluted and Smoothbore hoses are catered for with both Natural and Static Dissipating (AS) liners available, with the myriad of end fittings and coverings that the market requires. From 1/4” (DN6) to 4” (DN100) assemblies, lined end fittings or unlined PTFEflex Ltd can cater for all requirements. Lined and Unlined adaptors , dip pipes, ETH and insulated hoses are also produced by PTFEflex Ltd. A full and comprehensive stock is carried with large levels of PTFE hose readily available for quick despatch; most assemblies can be supplied within a few days or sooner depending upon customer needs. Loose hose, fittings and ferrules in all imperial and metric sizes can be supplied ex stock.
