A busy month end for all at mac air conditioning limited!

Final stage of installation has been completed this week of some Mitsubishi hvrv systems at the on site hotel in Yorkshire Wildlife park.

This has been a fantastic project to work on with other works in design stage for further works for something that’s becoming an incredible destination!

We was asked to install a wall mounted system at a reputable refrigerated trailer company for Eddie stobarts now part of the culina group.

With limited wall space in the open plan and exposed office they had designed this to be there main feature wall? We came up and put a suggestion to the client and gave an option of installing a low level unit with ductwork to a supply grill or wall mounted unit both to accommodate within there main wall feature?

This one with the wall mount option aesthetically looks really well!

Another transformation of a jd gym this time in north shields. A very tight programme of 2 weeks for us on this one!

With installations of new 25kw ducted systems been installed and existing units to decommission and reposition along with 150m of 400mm spiral ductwork to install we was sure to send up a team of 6 engineers to ensure that everything was complete on time and with 3 days to spare we was able to hand over commissioned and completed!

WIth potentially 2 more gyms to complete before year end we look forward to keep on working with the approved building company.

Another project across the line and on program before the grand opening this weekend for the iconic and reputable pride parade through the centre of Manchester leading to the heart of the gay village! Massive well done to the lads on this one as we met every sort of obstacle and ceiling heights became a difficult factor in this one but we adapted and overcome all obstacles which lead to neat installation.

On this one we completed all supply and extract ductwork to all accommodation rooms and suites and assisting with the a/c engineers for final design of plenum boxes and grills to ensure aesthetically everything was correct with the colour schemes for the beautiful bespoke velvet hotel set in the centre of the gay village in Manchester!

M.a.c air conditioning limited have the absolute pleasure of working alongside JD Gyms and completing for us one of the most carefully thought out and thoroughly designed gyms that we have completed to date!

Within brierley hill gym the air conditioning and ventilation had been poorly maintained and was having one problem after another, we sat down and carefully calculated a new air conditions and ventilation package design that was well within the desired budget to deliver reliable and cost efficient system that was executed perfectly to provide comfort cooling and ventilation throughout!

As always a massive thank you to our installation teams for the fast installation to meet the desired programme and workmanship that is second to none!

Well done team!

Recently we have decided to switch things up a notch with the media side of things at Mac Air Conditioning! It took us a while to find someone who has the same work ethic and passion but also sees what we envisioned…

We come across Liam at Exposure Media which I have recently decided to take on board covering footage of most of our up and coming projects!

We are absolutely ecstatic with the workmanship he’s done so far.

It’s always a bonus to go through your emails from last week and come across 2 confirmed orders for projects we have recently quoted one been the second phase of a medical centre we recently completed the first phase on we are always happy with a returning client! The order book just keeps on filling up!

One thing we can say that the business is still moving in the right direction! Our company reputation is just growing and growing...

It’s been a while since we have posted on any of our social platforms due to the extremely busy workload!

We have recently just commissioned and completed a job for a popular client of ours 2 weeks before program within some 1st floor office space at regent street in central London.

Both offices consisted of a Mitsubishi city multi system compromising of compact cassettes through out. As you can tell everything is on show and attention to detail was critical on this specific project!

Credit to our installation engineers for a fast neat and prompt install!

After 2-3 years of not supplying air conditioning and ventilation packages to the old xercise4less gym chain that collapsed recently we have received some great news, as of last Thursday we was given the opportunity to modify and add new systems to the current new owners which are now going to be jd gyms! We was approached last Thursday to submit a cost for some modifications in the Warrington based gym and Friday gave us the green light and mentioned it would be a massive help if we could start Monday.... and here we are a Monday morning delivery with 90 metres of 500mm spiral ducting and fittings that will replace the old air socks we had previously installed! For MAC Air Conditioning Limited this was a massive achievement as the reputable jd gym chain already have there approved contractors and we are now proud to be part of that list. A Little update and some progress pics before completion on a recent project in central London we did at charlottte street the install team once again worked relentlessly to close this project up in time for the program even though we was against it, we had completed the installation and the client requested the units to be sprayed black! (Not everyone will be a fan I know) which then left us 2 days to reinstall pressure test address and commission last week! Final meeting tomorrow a quick walk round site with the building company and client to ensure they are happy with everything and complete any snags may any arise. The exciting bit is we have recently won another project for the same building company on regent street in central London. With this been the first Job we have done for them and receive another job on the back of it you know your doing everything correctly from customer service to on site services! Massive thanks to the install team for turning this round promptly and to AMP Air Conditioning for the strip down and rebuild of the condenser absolute great customer service from there side aswel.

Our air conditioning and ventilation engineers made a start this week at the reputable Eddie stobarts in Dagenham. Special thanks to andrew parkin at sk sales for arranging a promopt delivery of all required ductwork and to Gary Burns at tf solutions for ensuring we had delivery of all equipment that was available due to Mitsubishi electric stock levels although this was a last minute order! A quick site visit tomorrow while attending another project we have on the go in central London to see how the teams getting on!

All at mac air conditioning limited have been full speed ahead we thought 2021 was going to slow down, however we have been inundated with tenders for some really nice projects that we have then been awarded! A quick canopy installed last week this was a 3 day turn around, a verbal cost given on Friday and within minutes of this been accepted an order was placed installed and running on the Tuesday with adjustable fan speed control.... and within the same night confirmed yet another order for an air conditioning and ventilation projecgt we had quoted 2 weeks prior at another eddie stobarts distribution centre! Times like these we are glad we remained as small, sustainable and becoming a reputable company. Let’s see what 2021 brings!
