It's not often enough that I get around to this side of the business, so whilst there's some down time, I thought I'd share images of some of the projects the Rhodes Works Teams have been involved with this year.....

No:1 - Old MOT Garage Leeds. Started with a rip out and demolish of existing internal structures. Removal of old oil pipes, trunking, cables etc to allow for sandblasting. Created an insulated, vaulted ceiling underneath the existing asbestos roof.
Electrics for installation of new roller shutter door and plumbing to allow for construction of new disabled WC and kitchenette.
Painting of external cladding and cutting out to install 6no new windows. Rendering over old block wall and re-positioning of guttering/downpipe.
Finishing off with temporary painted parking spaces.
Lots of problem solving on this job, due to condition of building, but worked through and turned out a great finish.

Not really the way I was hoping to start this wetroom off!!
Anyways, pipework mods done, forma in place and started to get the wallboard on (anyone using Fibo boards - tip: teelite candlewax on the T&G)!!

Nice little bathroom uplift recently undertaken. New wood panelling to walls, painted and with matching bath panel. Wallpapered above panelling.
Removed old glass shelving and re-used to create dressing table in dead space, finished off with new matt black towel rail and accessories.

Wet & cold front room, to warm & cozy lounge!
Water damage to ceiling, walls and electrics, all professionally replaced & repaired. Plumbing issue resolved, new board & plastered ceiling, including mouldings, fully redecorated, new light fittings and finished off with new underlay and carpet.
