🔧 Major Plant Room Upgrade Underway in Bradford 🔧

IAG Mechanical Ltd is proud to be delivering a significant plant room refurbishment project serving 140 tenanted flats in Bradford.

The works involve the complete removal of the existing boiler plant, flue system, and ENWA water treatment system, alongside a full controls upgrade to improve efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance.

Due to the scale and complexity of the project, extensive access solutions have been required, including scaffolding, access ramps, a 30-metre tower, and specialist working platforms to facilitate the installation of a new flue system.

The new plant installation includes:
✅ 2 x Remeha 610 high-efficiency boilers
✅ Fully automated ENWA water treatment system
✅ Complete BMS and controls upgrade
✅ New flue system installation

Most importantly, through careful planning and the installation of a temporary plant room solution, there will be zero downtime to heating and hot water services for the 140 residents throughout the duration of the works.

A fantastic effort from our engineering, project management, and specialist subcontractor teams working together to deliver another complex mechanical services project safely and efficiently.
