We are pleased to announce that we have completed our project at Wickham Market with our long-standing, valued client, Hopkins Homes.

We delivered:

• 129 houses and 35 garages – foundations, substructure and oversites
• 4 attenuation ponds and infiltration basins
• S278 offsite improvement works
• POS and play areas including 600m of footpaths
• 1750m of adoptable drainage
• Over 5500m² of adoptable carriageways

*Halstead progress update*

We’re pleased to share the latest progress update from our Halstead site, working alongside our long-standing client, Hopkins Homes.

Achievements include the completion of all major spine and estate roads to binder course, along with 900m² of footpaths.

Credit to everyone involved for the continued hard work and commitment shown on this project. The dedication, collaboration and high standards have been instrumental in achieving these milestones.

We are pleased to announce that we have completed our project with Persimmon Homes in Stanway, Essex - showcasing precision and our top-quality finish.

We delivered:

• 1.6km of adoptable drainage
• 600m of Roads & footways
• 66 plots with ground beams, substructure, thermal floors and drainage
• Attenuation tanks
• Pumping station with rising main
• 3500m² of permeable driveways
• Extensive topsoiling works

We are pleased to announce that we have secured our first contract with our new client Dandara Eastern in Latchingdon, Essex. We will be delivering 161 plots over a 90 week period.

Key works include:
• 89,000m² topsoil strip
• Installation of 2no attenuation basins
• Installation of 2no separate S278 junctions
• Circa 3,500m of adoptable drainage up to 600mm dia
• Installation of new pump station with associate M&E
• Circa 1,500m of Macadam and Block Paved Private Roads

We’re excited to be working alongside Dandara to deliver a high-quality project together. This collaboration is an excellent opportunity to showcase the high level of service we provide, and we look forward to building a strong, long-term relationship together.

As we hit our 10th and final week as Principal Contractor on our Halstead development, the progress on site has been nothing short of phenomenal! The team’s hard work, precision, and pace are really setting the tone for this flagship project.

Here’s what’s been achieved so far:

• 90,000m² of topsoil stripped
• 2 attenuation basins constructed, including liners and headwalls
• Southern public open space ready for seeding
• 700m+ of SW & FW adoptable drainage installed
• 6m-deep wet well for the pumping station built
• 300m+ of adoptable carriageway to macadam finish
• Substation base completed
• 20 house and 4 garage foundations poured
• Substructures and oversites ongoing
• Full compound setup - ready for our client to mobilise next week

We ‘re pleased to announce that we have started a new contract with our long-standing client, Hopkins Homes, delivering 114 plots on an exciting development in Halstead, Essex.

Key works include:
• 90,000m² topsoil strip
• 12,000m³ of attenuation basins
• 3.5km drainage and 9000m² of spine roads and estate roads
• Installation of new pump station with 600m of rising main
• Traditional foundations, substructure blockwork & thermal floors
• Extensive section 278 works
• Landscape-led design with open spaces and play areas

We are thrilled to share an exciting update on our latest project with Mersea Homes! 🏠

Over the past 8 weeks, our site team has embraced this new challenge with unwavering dedication and expertise, despite the fast-paced and demanding schedule, they have excelled in every aspect of the managing and delivery of this project.

Here's a snapshot of our achievements in this short period:

🌱 Over 70,000 m2 of topsoil stripped and stockpiled
💧 Completion of 3 attenuation ponds and swales, expertly dug out and topsoiled
🏗️ Foundations dug and poured for the first 15 plots, including garages
🧱 Substructure blockwork and backfill completed for these 15 plots
🏢 Mersea Homes compound installed, including drainage connections and a quality macadam finish
⛓️ Installation of 15 manholes and associated drainage, some reaching depths of up to 6 meters (whilst encountering groundwater at 2 meters)
🛣️ First section of road finished to binder course
⚙️ Successful installation of 2 number 6.5m deep caisson shafts, now ready to receive the pumping station M&E install

A massive thank you to the entire site team for their dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence!

We're ecstatic to announce our latest project secured with a brand-new client, Mersea Homes.

We will soon be starting to commence with the infrastructure package to facilitate a incredible housing development.

🏠 Foundations for 15 plots with 750 m3 of concrete
🚧 Extensive S278 works
🌊 Over 2.8 km of adoptable drainage
💦 7,700 m3 of attenuation ponds featuring 10 PCC headwalls
🛣️ More than 1,050 m of adoptable carriageways
👇 Pump station with 2 caisson shafts measuring 2.1 m in diameter and 6.5 m deep
⛏ 265 m of rising main and offsite connection
