Copper is highly reflective, which is why older CO2 lasers struggle with it. Our Trumpf fibre lasers are built for reflective metals, giving clean, burr-free edges and ±0.25mm on every job.

Need it bent too? We supply cut and folded copper parts in one order. One supplier, one delivery, shorter lead times.

Every copper part ships with full material certification and traceability, and our stock is stored indoors to protect the surface before it's cut. We cut and bend copper from 0.9mm to 5mm at our Essex facility, with delivery across the UK.

Every year we produce millions of parts, but the numbers never come at the cost of the small jobs.

A customer recently came to us with a hand-drawn sketch for a tapered, bent piece of marine-grade stainless, designed to smooth the launch and recovery of his spinnaker. One part, his own design, his own measurements.
We turned the sketch into a proper CAD model, produced it to spec, and packed it ready for the water.

Whether it's a million parts or a single one-off, the standard doesn't change.

We hold our bends to tolerances of ±0.25mm on fl**ge lengths, ±0.5mm on the inner radius and ±1° on the bend angle, working to industry standards across every part we produce. Thicker material naturally stretches more, so tolerances open up slightly around 8mm and above, but consistency stays the same from the first part to the last.

If your project has specific tolerance requirements, let us know and we’ll work to achieve the best possible accuracy for your needs.
