We hold our bends to tolerances of ±0.25mm on fl**ge lengths, ±0.5mm on the inner radius and ±1° on the bend angle, working to industry standards across every part we produce. Thicker material naturally stretches more, so tolerances open up slightly around 8mm and above, but consistency stays the same from the first part to the last.

Growth rarely announces itself quietly. 📢

Ours arrived as a second production site on Crittall Drive, right next door to our original Braintree factory. It’s the biggest investment we’ve made since 1998.

£6.5m invested.
7 new TRUMPF United Kingdom lasers.
Combined laser power up 57%, from 84kW to 132kW.
Production space up from 25,000 to 38,000 sq ft.
Press brakes up from two machines to five.

The result: over 600,000 parts a month, without slowing delivery down. 🌟

Some of our customers order 10,000 parts a month. Some order four brackets a year.

Both get the same estimating team, the same materials, the same inspection process and the same Certificate of Conformity in the box.

We built the business this way deliberately. The sole trader restoring a classic car this year is sometimes the engineering manager specifying a production run next year. And plenty of our largest accounts started with a single sheet of mild steel and a sketch.

Just over halfway through 2026, so here's where things stand on the shop floor.

6.45 million parts processed over the past 12 months, averaging around 537,000 a month.
95.4% on-time delivery across 23,498 dispatches.
Average lead time of 4.4 days from order to first dispatch.

And we've now delivered to 675 towns across 110 of 121 UK postcode areas.
