🔶TRACE AND ACCESS🔶

▪️We visited a client of ours to trace a leak they were experiencing that was affecting the commercial property below.
▪️We traced back to the leak entrance and found a faulty flexi hose pipe leading to the hot water supply for the bath which was a quick and easy fix to replace 😀

🔶USED KITCHEN INSTALLATION🔶

▪️Our customer was looking to revamp their kitchen with a complete kitchen they had found online.
▪️We travelled with the customer to collect the kitchen and delivered it back to their home address.
▪️We managed to adapt the structure of the original kitchen to fit their home by using all of the existing units and worktops. Only one extra, new worktop was required to finish the project!

🔶 BATHROOM RENOVATION 🔶

▪️A contact of ours came to us needing a job completed after they picked up an injury which meant they could not finish the project.
▪️The original bath was ripped out and removed. The flooring was removed to alter pipe work to allow for a new corner bath and a separate shower to be installed. As well as a new vanity unit and towel rail.
▪️New tongue and groove sub flooring was laid and walls prepped for plastering.
▪️We fitted a frame to the new corner bath ready to be templated for a marble finish.

🔶SHOWER REFRESH🔶

▪️New panels and shower sliding door for our customer this weekend.
▪️Customer requested panels to go over her previous tiles to reduce cleaning time and prevent the limescale build up on tile grout.

Lots of our customers feedback that panels are such an easy clean with a fresh look! 😀

🔶BATHROOM REFIT & RENO🔶
▪️A complete renovation on a local bathroom.
▪️We installed a new toilet vanity combo unit. Alongside a new bath, counter top sink, towel rail and power shower.
▪️We added black features and a black sink & taps to accompany the white marble effect tiles.
▪️The feature wall is made with panelling from easypanels.
▪️The customer wanted to make better use of the space by adding a niche to allow them space to fit their toiletries.

A nice, modern finish 👍🏼

🔶PANELLING🔶
▪️Our client came to us requiring help with the panelling they wanted to install on their stairs.
▪️We adjusted and resolved what they had already attempted themselves and mapped out the design required.
▪️The customer now has the decorative panelling ready for them to paint.

🔶WATER LEAK🔶
😳😳😳

▪️Our customer called us regarding a leak coming from their bathroom and causing water damage to the kitchen ceiling.
▪️We took a quick look under the bath to find the over flow pipe was loose and had become disconnected.
▪️We advised the customer that the waste and over flow is to be replaced and upon removal we found the old waste had been fitted with the protective film on the bath still attached 😳
▪️We tested for leaks after fittings were replaced and then proceeded to amend the damage to the kitchen ceiling.
▪️We stain blocked and painted the ceiling and carried out the repair work that was needed to the ceiling to give it a fresh, clean finish.

🔶EN-SUITE REFRESH🔶

▪️An infill and paint on the en-suite ceiling for our customer on this job! A fresh lick of white paint always makes a room look brighter and brand new!
▪️ Due to damage on one of the side rails of the shower, we advised the customer to change and replace their shower screen.
▪️We replaced the shower screen with a more modern style corner screen, at the customers request.

🔶HANDYMAN JOBS🔶
▪️Our customer messaged us wanting a quick fix for their cupboard which had started to come apart making it dangerous for their children to use, with the weight inside.
▪️We removed the unit before securing it all back together with new fixings and then secured it back to the wall.

No job is too big or too small! Even the little jobs need to be done 👍🏼
