Pallet Racking Installation Completed for Indo Asian Foods Ltd in Derby

Our team recently completed a full pallet racking supply and installation project for Indo Asian Foods Ltd at their facility on Gosforth Road, Allenton, Derby.

The project included the supply, delivery, and professional installation of a complete adjustable racking system, featuring:

49 x 6000mm x 1100mm frames
240 x 2250mm beams
Forklift guards
Locking pins, shims, floor bolts, and row spacers
Full plant hire for safe and efficient installation

New Installation Completed at Genetech Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Rainham Essex

We recently completed another successful warehouse installation project for Genetech Pharmaceuticals Ltd in Rainham, Essex.

The project involved the installation of Link 51 pallet racking, designed to maximise storage capacity while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. To provide additional durability and usability, we fitted timber decking on the bottom level of the racking system, creating a practical solution for storing a variety of goods.

Safety was also a key focus throughout the installation. We installed column guards on every upright to help protect the racking from potential forklift damage and ensure long-term structural integrity.

In addition to the pallet racking, we also supplied and installed a double bay of Simply Shelving, providing flexible storage for smaller items and day-to-day operations.

To complete the project, we built a custom-made workbench using Link 51 pallet racking components, delivering a robust and practical workspace tailored to the client’s requirements.

Major used AR Pallet Racking Installation Completed for JD.com International UK Ltd in Coventry D.C

Last year, our team successfully completed a large-scale AR pallet racking installation for JD.com INTERNATIONAL UK LTD at their Coventry distribution centre.

This extensive project involved the supply and installation of a high-capacity storage system designed to maximise warehouse efficiency, safety, and operational performance within a fast-paced logistics environment.

The installation included:

640 x 12.5m x 1.1m frames
6,282 x 3400mm beams
1,170 steel mesh decks
104 top tie uprights bridging single runs
744 column guards
1,332 sqm anti-collapse mesh panels with brackets
1,876 row spacers
3,880 floor fixings
Plus new end barriers, joining row spacer brackets, and additional 3600mm tunel beam installations throughout the facility.
Working within a live distribution environment, our installation team delivered the project safely, efficiently, and to schedule, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations.

Installation works are set to commence on 18th May at the Chocolate Factory, Lower Road, Glemsford, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 7QR, with a planned duration of 4 days.

The project involves the full installation of all AR Racking systems located on site in accordance with the approved layout plans. As part of the installation, Troax anti-fall protection will be fitted along the single run to enhance safety and provide secure load containment throughout the storage area.

The installation team will focus on delivering a safe, efficient, and high-quality build while ensuring all works are completed within the scheduled timeframe. Once complete, the new racking system will provide improved storage capacity, operational efficiency, and enhanced warehouse safety standards for the facility.

Impex Foods Installation in Harlow

We recently completed a pallet racking installation for Impex Foods in Harlow using the Link 51 pallet racking system. The installation consisted of 3.0m x 1.1m frames fitted with one beam level using 2.7m long, 2.5-tonne capacity beams.

To enhance the overall structural integrity and rigidity of the installation, taller frames were installed at each end of the racking runs. These end bays were fitted with an additional beam level, providing extra strength and stability throughout the system.

The installation was completed efficiently and in line with the required operational and safety standards, delivering a robust and reliable storage solution tailored to the client’s warehouse requirements.
