Full refurbishment and dormer

This project involved:

-Every internal door replaced
-New skirting and facings throughout
-Plastered all walls and ceilings
-Two New bathrooms
-New bifold, sliding door, composite front door with sidelights and window
-Extended front canopy
-Single ply membrane flat roofs
-New dormer to provide ensuite
-Pvc cladding
-New roof and roofline
-Landscaped front and back
-60m2 of millboard decking
-Seat and steps formed with sleepers
-Artificial grass
-New fence

This house was brought back to life inside and out. The dormer gave an upstairs toilet and the garden design and new roof means a maintenance free future for the home ! For any building work you know who to contact 📱 07778410157

Another great design by XL DesignThe Dividing wall was taken down to create a larger open plan kitchen which gives the property a lovely flow walking through to the extension and out the bilfold door.
