Little valley job this morning in bryncoach
Contractor who cut the valley in when the house was built had cut through the fiber glass valley
1 roofer had been out two years ago to fix the problem with the good old silicone it didn’t work
New lead valley installed with valley boards
Job done ✔️

Garage conversion we currently on for a lovely couple which I must say they having been amazing with us , again repeat customers, just the finale bits left todo when they come home from they holiday , now the unusable waste of garage is transformed in to a extra living space for they family to enjoy ❤️

We’ve been a bit quite with our socials lately only due to being busy catching up on our work load here’s a little look at a job completed this week for a returning Customer of 2years continually using us for all their house renovations
Hallway had a cubbord that served no purpose and they struggled with natural light coming in to the landing
So we knocked it about and made it look pretty 😍

After two weeks of being a van down we are finally back on the road thank you to everyone being patient we will catch up with our work load

Small glimpse at the renovation job started in maesteg yesterday
Chimney down top to bottom stair well opened up ready for new stairs to attic room , roof will have to wait till weather turns better ,,,

Two weeks up the house realy payed off unfortunately iv put the photos in reverse order
We are 95% complete now
Just finishing touches and a few bits and bobs and it be ready 🫶🏻

Back down to Pyle two weeks ago to finish the internals on mark and Leanne’s project door way opend and door way blocked up
And two new oak doors

Small job in caerau last week
Walls ruffed in sand and cement to protect from damp and to create smoother flatter surface to dot an dap new plaster boards , then freshly plastered all through
