Im pleased to say that today we made a start on our latest project an extension to the vulcan pub in St Fagans museum cardiff.
This pub was originally built in cardiff centre in the mid 1800s then taken down peice by peice and rebuilt exactly the same way in the museum.
We will be using reclaimed bricks over 100 years old to keep the character of this historic building along with a lime based mortar.
I'm looking forward to see the finish and maybe buy the lads a pint in the pub....😉🍻🧱🧱

We had a call from a previous customer this week to go and have a look at his elderly mother in laws manhole in her back garden,to say its really bad workmanship and dangerous is an understatement!!
This manhole lid was sitting on rotting timber on 1 side and nothing on the other,with a 4 foot drop underneath it 😳😡
So we took it all apart fitting a precast concrete lintel with a new lid and frame before concreting it back in.
At least know the elderly lady has peice of mind when walking over it.👍🏻🧱
