If your firewood is hissing, spitting or producing lots of smoke, it's often a sign that something isn't quite right. Excess moisture is the most common cause, but poor airflow and wood that hasn't been stored correctly can also affect how your fire burns.
For the best results, choose our premium kiln-dried logs. When burning ensure that your appliance has plenty of airflow. A dry, well-burning fire will produce more heat, less smoke and a more enjoyable flame.
