•🔨 Bringing a old building back to life 🔨•

What a referb!!
Bringing this old sandstone building in Claverley back to life 👏🏻🙌🏻

We replaced the leaking roof believed to be over 70 years old with a new anti condensation roof! With this building being in a preservation area we had to replace the roof like for like keeping the traditional curved roof style

The old roof had been leaking for some time and had damaged the old sandstone walls, we removed all the damaged sandstone and replaced it with corrugated cladding.

Finished off with new gutters, drainage and a new larch cladded front!
What a beautiful building this one is!
