We are on the hunt for a Surface Mount (SMT) Team Leader 🧩

The SMT Team Leader will support the running of our Surface Mount Production Line, including setting up, programming and operating SMT and AOI machines, profiling reflow ovens, maintaining quality control, and overseeing general production housekeeping. The role also includes supervising a small team of 3–4 operators.

Hours: Mon–Thursday 8–5, Friday 8–2.30
Experience: Minimum 1 year in an SMT production environment with team leadership experience
