It’s been a little while since we last posted but we’ve been busy behind the scenes, and we’re kicking off 2026 the best way we know how, by showing you a fantastic completed project we’re really proud of.

We’ve just finished a full refurbishment of a space within an assisted living facility, transforming it from start to finish. It’s been a big job but one that was absolutely worth the time and care put into it. There are a lot of photos but it’s well worth taking the time to look through to see the transformation.

Dont forget, we offer a wide range of property maintenance services, from something as small as changing a light bulb right through to full refurbishments like this one.

Sorry we’ve not posted in a while, we’ve been so busy with jobs we haven’t had a chance to share what we’ve been up to!

One of our recent projects was giving some cupboards a bit of a makeover. The doors were damaged and warped, but after swapping them out they look completely different. It’s amazing how such a simple change can make the whole space feel fresh again.

One of our engineers carried out some works after a leak. The old plasterboard was removed and replaced with new, then it was filled. Now the room is all set for sanding and painting with a smooth, clean finish that will make all the difference once complete.

Prep is crucial, as this creates the perfect base for decorating. This is always done to the highest standards to ensure a stunning finish every time.

Great work by the team, keeping everything tidy and professional from start to finish.

Our team recently gave this outdoor space at an assisted living facility a complete refresh. They dug out and cleared roots & weeds, repainted the planters for a clean new finish and laid fresh turf to bring the area back to life.

The result? A bright, tidy, and welcoming space that looks great and is much easier to maintain. Sometimes it’s the small details, like a splash of paint and a bit of green that make the biggest difference.

We were recently called in to carry out an important upgrade for Ramsay health at a private hospital, moving the electrical supply for a mobile scanning unit.

By relocating the supply, we helped free up extra car park space for staff, patients, and visitors, making access easier while keeping critical services running smoothly.

This project is a great example of how property maintenance and electrical works can make a real difference to our community. We’re proud to play a small part in supporting vital healthcare services.
