Multi-Skilled Operative (Support Role – Progression Available)

DRI Property Solutions are looking for a reliable operative to support our Lead Engineers across a range of property maintenance works.

This role would suit someone hands on, willing to learn, and looking to progress into a Lead Engineer role over time.

What you’ll be doing:

Assisting with general building & maintenance
Supporting roofing repairs & small works
Basic joinery, plumbing & decorating tasks
Working across multiple sites

We’re looking for someone who:

Has some trade experience (multi-trade ideal)
Wants to learn and improve their skillset
Is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in their work
Has a full UK driving licence

Bonus if you have:

Roofing experience
Own tools
