Week 1, soft intro: why we exist

Energy brokers have a bad reputation. We get it.

Calderdale Current was built because too many organisations want to improve energy efficiency, but do not get the support they need after the contract is signed.

Our aim is simple: help Calderdale become the UKs most energy efficient business community, and back it with a grant fund powered by customer electricity use.

Quick intro: what Calderdale Current actually does

We are an ethical energy brokerage for organisations in Calderdale.

We are building a grant fund that will be powered by customer electricity use. Once the programme is live, clients who sign up for at least gas and electricity (water optional) and stay with us for 6 months will be able to apply.
