Our client wanted to transform his Maida Vale apartment with a complete reconfiguration and high-end refurbishment. He had a clear vision for the project, aiming to improve both the layout and overall quality of the space. His wishlist included new parquet flooring, underfloor heating, marble bathrooms, soundproofing, bespoke joinery and home automation. The apartment, in the classic Wymering Mansions, needed a thoughtful update to enhance its functionality while maintaining its character. Every detail was carefully considered to bring our client’s vision to life and create a space that’s as smart as it is stylish.

Over the past two years, we’ve collaborated with and to transform a Highbury family home, seamlessly blending tradition with contemporary design.

Phase One focused on the main bathroom and one of the bedrooms, creating a functional yet timeless space with sustainability at its core. During this stage, we also completed full exterior and partial interior painting and decorating.

In Phase Two, attention shifted to renovating the kitchen and dining room, and study. A moveable slim island enhances flexibility, while the bold electric blue AGA serves as a striking centerpiece. The study, painted in Gladstone Green by , features bespoke joinery, a desk by , and blinds—seamlessly merging period charm with modern elegance.

A kitchen with character!

We’re so excited to share one of our recently completed projects, done in collaboration with the amazing interior designer and the talented team . This space went from tired and outdated to fresh, warm and effortlessly elegant.

The classic AGA stove now sits beautifully against a backdrop of handmade tiles by , with a rich butcher block island bringing warmth and character. Thoughtful lighting choices and bespoke cabinetry tie everything together, making this kitchen a dream to cook and gather in.
