Another Brighton heat pump install complete! 🙌

We’ve just transformed this home from a 40-year-old gas system into a fully eco-friendly setup 🌱

Here’s what we did:

✅ Removed the old gas boiler and loft water tanks
✅ Installed a Mitsubishi Ecodan 8.5kW air source heat pump
✅ Fitted a super-insulated Gledhill cylinder for longer-lasting hot water
✅ Added underfloor heating downstairs + new radiators upstairs
✅ Decommissioned the old system and capped off the gas

The result? A warmer, greener, more efficient home that the customer can feel good about 💚

We recently revisited one of our projects to capture some new content 📸

Located near the centre of Brighton, this home decided to make the switch to a heat pump from their old gas boiler due to environmental reasons.

By making the switch, they’re no longer relying on fossil fuels to heat their home, and are seeing many additional benefits from their new system.

At this home, we installed a Mitsubishi Ecodan 8.5kw air source heat pump, which is performing extremely well! 🙌

Following on from our recent Huf Haus installation, here’s the neighbouring property we mentioned! This homeowner was facing sky-high energy bills from an inefficient electric heating system, so we installed a heat pump alongside solar panels to dramatically reduce their running costs. The results speak for themselves - our customer has given us a fantastic review and says they’d highly recommend us. It’s always rewarding to help homeowners take control of their energy bills while making their homes more sustainable ✅

We recently shared a post about our most challenging installation to date; a Stiebel Eltron heat pump install at a Huf Haus home situated on the Thames River.

Here's a video of Alfie talking you through the entire installation and the things we had to consider throughout, including the flood risk due to the property being located on a floodplain.
