Attended a call out Sunday evening, no heating or hot water.
Burner seal had gone and condense running down heat exchanger.
Fan was found to be faulty, which was why the boiler was not running.
Attended this afternoon to replace the fan and give the boiler a service.
Boiler now running and client has their heating and hot water back.
