End of a long commercial install. Kit's running, customer's happy, sun going down. Started this business because I got fed up of rushed work. Wanted to do jobs I could stand behind.

Bit of a misconception about air conditioning, most people think it's only for cooling. ❄️🔥

In winter the same unit runs in reverse and heats the room. Three to four times more efficient than a fan heater. Warms a room faster than a gas boiler too.

A lot of our customers actually use theirs more in winter than summer.

Customer runs a small craft business from a converted room at home. Ribbons, flower walls, all sorts of kit running. Was getting unbearable in there in summer.

He's six, and he hadn't been sleeping through most of last summer because his room was just too warm. First night with the AC on, he slept right through.

Lockdown started it but they've stuck around. They get too hot in summer and too cold in winter, and standard heaters really aren't built to be running every day.

A wall unit handles both, on a fraction of the running cost of a fan heater. We're doing more garden office installs than ever this year.

The only route for the pipework was through a narrow side passage under a low canopy. Tight access, but doable with a bit of planning.

Worth a second opinion if you've been told no.

Summers are hotter and they're lasting longer. Most of our houses just aren't built for it. Half the enquiries I get this time of year are from people who didn't sleep last summer.

Worth thinking about before it properly arrives.

From the finished room you'd have no idea there's air conditioning anywhere.
