Job Summary

Based in Central Brighton close to the Main station.
3 Breaks a day - Never work more than 2 hours in a row.

Job Summary
EBUDDY is searching for highly driven and ambitious sales people on a permanent, full time basis. You’ll be passionate about saving people money and will hold EBUDDY values are the heart of every call.
You will be conducting outbound calls (between 100-200 calls daily), working with a high achieving and target driven team.
Your role will be to contact homeowners and pitch the cheapest and best-selling Boiler & Home Emergency cover in the market backed by 4.7* on reviews.co.uk

Candidate Duties
· Converting cold/warm leads into sales, reducing the amount that customers are paying for their Boiler & Home Emergency Cover.
· Lead generation by promoting our other services including switching energy supplier.
· Follow up on leads generated by other team members.
· Use a variety of sales techniques in order to attract new business opportunities (Full PaidTraining provided).
· Be proactive, maintain and share good product, competitor and market knowledge.

Job Summary
An exciting opportunity to join a fast growing sales team offering training, career development and fantastic earning potential.
You will have a natural ability to persuade and guide stakeholders through our offerings whilst maintaining strong sales flair and closing skills.
This is a fast-paced role, so you will be happy receiving targets, conducting high volume calls and tracking your own progress.

Your main aim in this role will be to sell domestic energy switching to respective customers.
Your focus will be to generate leads, interact with both internal and external stakeholders and ultimately grow eBUDDY to become an energy switching company of choice for many.
You will be sourcing new business driven through telesales activities with an aim of maximising revenue and achieving targets.

Main Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound telesales calls to domestic customers to sell and process energy switches
• Generate new business and upsell where possible via telesales activity
• Follow up on leads generated by other team members
• Record all activity onto CRM system
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all employees and customers
• Use a variety of sales techniques in order to attract new business opportunities (training will be provided)
• Be proactive, maintain and share good product, competitor and market knowledge

What You Will Need:
• A positive, high energy and driven attitude with a sense of urgency
• A polite, warm, persuasive and respectful telephone manner
• To be resilient with the ability to view a long term goal
• Experience within telesales, door-to-door sales or even a retail background where you have had to up-sell would be advantageous but not essential
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time whilst remaining calm under pressure
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• To be customer focused maintaining excellent customer service at all times
