Alll Over the Place" to Absolute Perfection! 🛠️

​Another gargantuan refurb in the books! This project was a massive undertaking, including 60m² of electrically heated tiling and a full lorry load of kitchen units.
​The Challenge: The original floor was out by over 90mm. We gunned up the old tiles, laid a new subfloor, and self-levelled the entire space to create a flawless foundation.
​The Details:
​🌿 Kitchen: Shaker-style olive green doors paired with antique brass hardware.
​🪵 Worktops: Solid oak, precision-cut and finished with 5 coats of oil for a deep glow.
​🎨 Splashback: Stunning UK-handmade Apple Green tiles.
​🏠 Full Property Refresh: We didn't stop at the kitchen! We revamped the utility/toilet, stripped and revarnished interior doors, and gave the walls and French doors a fresh, funky color palette.

Flat renovation from last spring in Brighton.

Our clients first property was in dire straits and in desperate need of reform. Both bathroom and kitchen were dated, cold and damp so we bought them in line with the times!

All finishes you see were envisioned by Lara, our client and interior designer.

Master bedroom - Floor was sagging due to rotting joists touching a wet exterior all so we jacked the floor up, removed the rot and fixed in sister joists as well as made necessary damp repairs.

Old and damaged timber sash windows replaced throughout to improve thermal efficiency.

From bare basics to boutique.

We took this bathroom to Turkey for a full mummy makeover! Cold blue, flaking walls, exposed pipes and tired fittings transformed into a warm, polished space with rich earthy tones, statement tiles, sleek black framing and spa-style brass details. Finished with greenery and soft lighting, it draws from modern boutique hotel / contemporary spa design...

Kitchen- from under the ground up.

Another horror show turned love story.

Existing walls consisted of a bile yellow woodchip wallpaper with some seriously offending units. Beneath the Kitchen floor we discovered a party of bamboo plants trying to "raise to roof! ".

Rich walnut cabinetry and marble effect compact laminate worktops were utilized in this design to perfectly harmonize traditional and up to date styles resulting in a classy country/ moody modern blend.

After works were completed, a revaluation was done estimating a value increase of £60,000 after labor and materials!

A couple of patios from the past that we have done.

One of which our client asked for a way to keep the manhole cover without cramping its overall style. I think we manged it alright!

A rise from the ashes.
For the second patio, we didn't even realise there were any existing slabs as it looked so neglected and wild.

We took up the slabs, gave them a clean and reinstalled them on a proper base with an added detail to save the client on some cost. The result - a splendid patio with a spanish flair!

We also do beds!

We were asked to construct a larger bed for a growing teen however the room was too small. So, we removed the cupboard space above the stair bulk head to open up the room thus allowing space for this belter of a bed to bloom!

Fully bespoke made from hardwood ply and pine for shelving and slats.

800mm deep drawers with 70kg load.

Storage shelves made to fit fabric boxes

Sleep well.

One we are especially proud of.

The old kitchen was well due an update, so we gave her one!

This needed the full works done, as the new kitchen would have been a diamond amongst the rough, which is why we gave it all a fresh coat and installed some luxury vinyl flooring throughout.

The face of this flat in central Brighton was in need of some serious makeup and alot of filler.

A crumbled and unprotected parapet wall has been the bane of this property... Now it can be proud of it's new exterior!

We also had a problem with the narrow doorway which we widened to the maximum for an easier life.
