A recent boiler swapped carried out.

A old ideal boiler removed as the inside casing was very rusty and not a room sealed appliance any more.

So fitted a new Vaillant combination boiler and flushed the heating out,

Replaced a baxi solo heat only boiler for a new Vaillant heat only boiler.

Flushed the heating system and added a filter

Cleaned the f and e tank out, and installed a new float valve too.

Run a new condense pipe from to a out side drain.

And a review from the customer too

Todays jobs.

Was for 3 separate customers.

First job was to replace 2 radiators that was going rusty.

So drained system and replaced for 2 new radiators and new radiators valves.

Refilled System the tested,

2nd job was to replace a basin tap and and basin waste, and also changed the kitchen sink tap.

3rd job was to put a radiator back on after the flooring had been done.

Also Review that we got recently.

Todays job,

Was to replace a kitchen sink along with new kitchen mix tap.

Installed new trap and waste for kitchen sink also.

Changed a pair of basin taps,

And also change a radiator , as the old radiator was leaking and rusty in corner. And marking the carpet.

Installed new radiators valves too l, refilled system and tested.

Called to a blocked kitchen sink today, this what happens with you pour cooking fat down your kitchen sink. It cooled down and Completely blocked the trap and flooded the kitchen,

Took trap apart and cleaned and also cleaned the pipe work.

A r review we got today carrying out a job for a new customer.

A hot outside tap fitted today. With a mixing valve plumb in that controls the hot water temperature, ideal for filling paddling pools or washing the dog

Todays job was to sort 4 radiators out.

3 where installed extremely close to floor even the skirting board was cut out to make way for the brackets.

So we raised all 3 radiators and extended the pipe work to suit.

4th radiator was to move it slightly on the same wall and installed at the same height as the other ones.

Chased out the concrete floor to alter pipe work.

Repaired the floor, so now the customer lay there new oak flooring and new skirting boards all through down stairs.
