A self-contained garden annex doesn't mean a second electricity bill or another water account to manage.

In almost every case, the annex simply runs off your existing supply. Same meter, same provider, same billing arrangement. The only difference is the space you gain.

That surprises a lot of people. It's one of those details that makes the whole thing feel more straightforward once you know it.

Our latest build to complete. Annexe finished in Soft Green Hardie board with Battleship Grey composite decking. Annexe measured 7 x 5, one bedroom, bathroom, store cupboard and kitchen Lounge. Build took 6 weeks to complete.

Most people picture a garden annex starting with weeks of digging and a garden full of mud.

Our foundation system works differently. We use engineered ground screws instead of a large concrete slab. Far less excavation, far less disruption and a much smaller footprint on your garden.

Once the work is done, all affected areas are made good. Most gardens look like themselves again quickly.
