Taking the time to fully consider the best use of space within your next property project is crucial. This old Architect plan specified building a shower room off the kitchen, when it is actually possible to split the main bathroom upstairs into two, creating not only a main bathroom but also an en-suite for the master bedroom. This will add value to the property and won’t comprimise the lovely kitchen we are going to create by removing the dividing wall.

Grade II Listed Barn Conversion in Bredger, Kent.

A beautiful example of one of our Grade II listed Oak Barn Conversions set in a lovely rural Kentish village location with views over Cherry Orchards.

Following an intensive program of conversion and refurbishment works, Mapleview were able to offer for resale this 4-bedrooms, 3-bathroom property offering interesting, spacious, light and airy accommodation.

A number of features included vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, luxury bathrooms, a cast iron wood burning stove and Solid Oak flooring throughout. Our bespoke Oak staircase and Balustrade, Ledge & Brace Doors and spacious Oak fitted kitchen with Granite worktops completed the final look.
