Another project underway at Waldegrave Road, Hove 🔨

We’re currently removing a side supporting wall to open up the space, followed by the installation of new structural steels to ensure everything is safe and secure. The next phase includes building new stud walls to redefine and enhance the layout.

Progress is moving smoothly, and we’re excited to see this transformation come together. Stay tuned for more updates! 👷‍♂️✨

Exciting progress at our Brunswick project! 🔨✨

Our team has been hard at work delivering an external renovation, giving this property a fresh new look while enhancing its durability and efficiency.

The transformation includes:
• Installation of brand-new sash windows, maintaining the property’s character while improving insulation
• A completely renewed roof for long-term protection and peace of mind
• High-quality rendering to refresh and modernise the exterior finish
• A new garage door, adding both style and security

It’s great to see everything coming together so seamlessly—another step closer to a stunning final result!

Mews House is coming on nicely with the bi-fold doors and brick slips installed. Frame work ready for installing Millboard Decking and the glass balustrade supplied by Brighton Balustrdes.

Bathroom renovation underway here at Mews, designed by in Hove. Stylish feature wall with a whirlpool bath bath. Let’s be honest…..who wouldn’t enjoy that after a long day at work? Keep an eye out for the finished photos coming soon…….!

The balcony at Kingsway has been completely restored 🙌🏻 featuring a new handrail for the steps that matches the original design. The extension has been repaired internally and returned to its original condition. New French doors crafted from Accoya timber, equipped with weatherproof seals which have been installed to provide protection against the stormy winter weather from the English Channel.

The original balcony railings here at Kingsway were reinforced with newly welded legs and securely bolted to a galvanised channel. To achieve the desired floor height, the balcony floor was first tanked and then screeded. This screed was treated with an additional layer of tanking to guard against water ingress, considering the balcony’s seaside location. Additionally, the old French doors were replaced with new, watertight doors crafted from Acoya timber.
