A customer contacted us to advise that he had recently had a leak repaired on his boiler but there was quite a lot of mould damage left from where the leak occurred. Rather than taking the excessive route of removing the boiler and repainting, the customer opted for us to use our specialist anti-mould solution to remove the mould. We have attended a property to remove a broken heated towel rail. The customer was happy for us to just install a regular towel rail in its place so after initially disconnecting and making safe the electrical parts, we were able to remove the heated rail, install the new one and then delicately fill over the tiling for a smooth effect to cover the holes of the previous one.
